Drawplate Round 3mm to 0.5mm-31 Holes

Pull wire down through 31 graduated holes to take it from 3.0 mm to 0.5 mm and hold a true round profile the whole way. This is an Italian-made steel round drawplate from OMO for reducing and shaping soft non-ferrous metals including gold, silver, platinum, palladium and copper alloys. Each hole is precisely graduated to deliver smooth, predictable draw-downs with consistent surface finish.

Notes

• Anneal between reductions as needed to prevent work-hardening.
• Use a suitable drawing lubricant to reduce friction and extend tool life.
• Start from the nearest larger hole and progress in small incremental steps.
• Store dry and lightly oiled to protect against corrosion.
