Round 0.3mm-1.0mm Ultra Slim Diamond Files-Various Grits

Filing inside a narrow channel or a tight recess calls for a file thinner than a conventional needle file. These ultra-slim round diamond files bring precision filing to the smallest, most intricate areas of your work, reaching narrow channels, delicate design elements, and tight recesses that conventional files simply cannot access.

Made in Japan using an electrodeposition coating process, micro diamonds are deposited directly onto steel shanks. Diameters range from 0.3mm to 1.0mm, and most sizes are available in three grits: #400, #600, and #800, giving you control over material removal rate and surface finish. The 0.3mm diameter is available in #600 grit only, and the 1.0mm diameter is available in #200 grit only.

Each file has a double-sided pin-style end that fits a standard pin vise or can be mounted in a mechanical pencil for a familiar, controlled grip. No handle is included. Sold by the piece.
