SmartPro Air Do Xは、石留めや軽い彫金用の作業台用電源ユニットです。空気式彫刻機と高速マイクロモーターを1つのコンパクトな筐体に搭載し、コンプレッサーも内蔵しているため、別途エア供給装置を購入・メンテナンスする必要がありません。Best Builtは、デジタルLEDコントロール、過負荷保護、手元操作とフットコントロールの両方を備えたモデルとして提供しており、精密で再現性の高い作業が可能です。

爪、覆輪、パヴェの石留め、ゴールドを含む貴金属への軽い彫金、穴あけ、バリ取り、研磨、一般的な作業台での作業に対応します。複数の機械を設置せずに多用途な作業台機能を求めるジュエラーにとって、幅広く使える万能電動工具です。韓国製です。

Worked for about a year...

I really liked this machine for about a year, then suddenly the motor lost a lot of power. I emailed the company and got no reply on how to repair the issue. It's now essentially a very low power-micromotor.

Great compact engraver

Someone with limited space, Air Do X was the perfect solution. No compressor necessary. I'll use it to engrave and set without issues. Attached micromotor is a big plus, no need to use my flexshaft handpiece.

Underwhelming

I purchased this prior to our Christmas season due to the small footprint. I realize that it is noted that it not on the level of GRS but I don't believe I'd say it's even in the same league. No power to push any metal. Despite this I used it for a little longer due to the need of a micromotor at my desk and that disappointed as well. The first time the motor bogged down it kicked off and after I reset it never had more than half its original speed. About a month later it happened again and now I have to let it spool up under no load to get spinning but once it touches metal it stops. There is zero torque with this device. One of the worst purchases I've made in a while.

Is the engraver handpiece compatible with GRS Quick Change tool holders?

No they are not. GRS quick change tool holders are 6.34mm in diameter and the SmartPro tool holders are 6.07mm.
