The Jura by GRS 500-014 MicroBlock Shellac Plate, formerly listed as JURA QC.PL.SH, is designed for use with GRS engraving blocks, including the MicroBlock, MicroBlock XL, and JURA tools. Its recessed surface provides a strong mechanical bonding base for shellac and for a variety of thermoplastics, including GRS ThermoLock, Otto Frei's Jett Sett, and Jett Sett II, making it a reliable workholding solution for precision stonesetting tasks.

Jura is a master stonesetter from the Netherlands, long specialized in the highest quality micro-stonesetting. Over the years, he developed a range of specialized tools for holding a wide variety of workpieces, most notably rings, but also watch cases, beads, brooches, and pendants. As micro pavé stonesetting has grown in popularity, his system has proven adaptable to virtually any piece imaginable.

Compatibility
