A complete micromotor system for fine goldsmithing and stone setting at the bench, delivering the smooth power and low-speed torque that close work demands. The Nakanishi NSK EMax EVOlution Deluxe Kit, Ring Style, is a professional configuration that bundles the NE-249 control box, the IR310 Ring Style handpiece, the ENK-410S brushless standard micromotor, a 4-to-1 reduction gear attachment and the FC64 foot control at one price. You will find the NSK EMax EVOlution on the benches of the finest goldsmiths in the world.

The system operates from 1,000 to 40,000 RPM in standard mode, or 250 to 10,000 RPM when the reduction gear is engaged, which is the exceptional torque and low-speed control that stone setting requires. Speed can be managed directly from the control box or through the included foot control, and both forward and reverse operation are supported. The NE-249 control box runs on 120V, 3A and has two micromotor inputs, so a second motor and handpiece can be added in the future.

The IR310 Ring Style handpiece uses a twist-to-open, twist-to-close collet mechanism and is slim and lightweight for extended use. It is supplied with 3/32" and 1/8" collets.

you need to get one of these!

i have used this for over 5 years as a replacement to other brands tried and it has become invaluable in both stone setting and polishing, without a doubt it performs better than any other micromotor i have used and has a Mercedes feel to the handpiece, it has not given me a moment of problems, 5 star performance all around and worth the investment for any professional

Waited 5 years to write a review on this micromotor, without a doubt the finest micromotor I have ever used hands down, has run flawlessly day in day out and has a great feel to the hand piece, a blessing for stone setting and polishing.
