Durston 1090 TUI 130 Double Sided Power Rolling Mill-130mm Flat & 130mm Wire 110V

A powered double-sided mill for the bench that keeps flat sheet reduction and wire rolling on the same machine. The Durston DRM-130 runs a full 130 mm flat roll on one side and a dedicated 130 mm wire roll on the other, the wire side carrying 19 square groove sizes from 1 mm to 10 mm. A cast iron base and gearbox cover give the strength and rigidity demanding studio and production work asks for, while high-quality Swedish roll steel, heat-treated to RC 63/64, runs in heavy-duty roller bearings for long-lasting precision.

Power comes from a 1.5 hp (1.1 kW) 110 V motor paired with a precision epicyclic variable-speed gearbox, delivering smooth, near-silent operation across a 5–30 rpm speed range in both forward and reverse. Side extension rollers add quick half-round profiling capability without a tool change.
