Glardon-Vallorbe Swiss Precision Joint Round Edge Files Complete Kit of 12

A joint round edge file deepens a slot without widening it because the file is parallel in both width and thickness and carries its teeth on the rounded edges only. That geometry is what makes it the file for fabricating joints, hinges, and tubing, and for bridge and nut slotting in instrument repair. This complete kit contains one each of all 12 thickness variations of the Glardon-Vallorbe Swiss joint round edge file, model LP-1170-4-2.

Every file in the kit is cut 2 (medium) with a 100mm (4") cut length and a 10mm (0.39") width, and measures 5-5/8" overall including the tang. Thicknesses run from 0.30mm to 2.00mm. Each file is supplied with a tang and no handle.

Glardon-Vallorbe Swiss Made precision files are manufactured to precise production standards using a combination of machine cutting and hand craftsmanship. Made from the finest heat-tempered chrome alloy steel, they deliver superior performance on all metals and are recognized as the world standard for quality, accuracy, and longevity.
