How we source our metal
Hi-karat gold paste repair solders for precise, controlled jewelry repair work when the solder history of a piece is unknown. Supplied in a ready-to-use syringe, the gold solder is pre-mixed with paste flux to streamline application and help protect valued heirloom pieces during repair.

Repair solders contain less gold than the work they are recommended for and are intended for repair situations where prior solder grades are unknown. For manufacturing applications, use plumb gold paste solders, which match the karat of the workpiece.
