How we source our metal
Square sheet stock is the starting blank for bezels, settings, backplates and other fabricated components at the bench, cut to a predictable size so yield is easy to plan.
These 1" x 1" gold squares come from the Harmony line of recycled precious metals in 14K yellow, 14K white and 18K yellow gold, and are sold by the piece. Gauges run from 24 gauge at 0.0197" (0.50 mm) up to 14 gauge at 0.0630" (1.60 mm), so the same square format covers thin stock for fine fabrication and heavier stock for structural components.
Harmony recycled precious metals are verified by SCS Global Services, an independent third-party certifier and sustainability expert, confirming that 100% of all Harmony recycled precious metals originate from recycled sources and are processed in an environmentally responsible manner.
