Glardon-Vallorbe Barrette Escapement Files - LE3010

Glardon-Vallorbe barrette escapement files are precision watchmaker's files designed for that controlled work. The tapered barrette profile features a single cut face with a safe (uncut) edge and safe back, allowing you to file directly against an adjacent surface without marking it. The square handle provides a secure grip for delicate, accurate strokes. All length measurements are taken from the start of the teeth to the end of the cut, so the tang and handle are not included in the stated length. Made in Switzerland by Glardon-Vallorbe from chrome alloy steel, heat-tempered for durability and consistent cutting performance.
