Machine made to ultra high precision tolerances, Tungsten Vanadium steel burs are uniformly consistent and cut precious metal smoothly and cleanly, with no chatter or drag. Modern manufacturing equipment combined with Swiss steel hardening expertise makes this line an industry best seller.
Unlike High Speed Steel (HSS) burs, which are individually hand cut and therefore vary slightly from piece to piece, Tungsten Vanadium burs are machine produced for uniform perfection across every unit. They are not as long lasting as USA made HSS burs, but they typically cost less, which makes this kit strong value for bench jewelers who set stones regularly.
