Description

Miniature handpiece files let you cut detail in places a hand file cannot reach, working from a reciprocating handpiece rather than by arm. This set of 8 came out of a collaboration between Badeco of Geneva, Switzerland and UMV of Vallorbe, Switzerland, and the files are Swiss made by Glardon-Vallorbe for use with Badeco reciprocating polishing and filing handpieces on flexshafts and micromotors.

Each file measures 40 mm overall with a 26 mm cut length on a 2.85 mm shank, in heat-tempered chrome alloy steel, and is supplied without a handle. The set covers four profiles, Pillar (Flat), Curved Pillar, 3-Square and Round, each in Cut 0 (Coarse) and Cut 4 (Fine), so a single set carries a comprehensive selection of profiles and cuts for detailed filing work at the bench. Sold as a set.
