Foredom K.2293 PowerGraver Kit-Ships Free

Bead, prong, channel, hammer and bezel setting, along with engraving and decorative work, all require a power assist that behaves like a hand graver at the bench. The Foredom K.2293 PowerGraver Kit is a dedicated, all-in-one system for that work, built on the M.PGX permanent magnet motor, a low speed design rated to a maximum of 2,800 RPM and built for high torque at low speed. Permanently lubricated ball bearings keep it quiet and trouble free over long sessions, and the motor carries a special extra flexible neoprene sheath and a 6 foot power cord.

The H.9D handpiece works and feels like a traditional hand engraving tool while adding greater control and adjustable impact force. It is a collet type handpiece and accepts 3/32", 3mm and 1/8" collets, all three of which are supplied. Speed is set on the C.EMGX-1 dial control, which varies the motor from off to 2,800 RPM, and the C.FCGX momentary on and off foot switch gives hands-free control.

Note: the H.9D handpiece uses a special quick disconnect that fits only the M.PGX motor sheath included in this kit, so it will not run on other Foredom motors. The PowerGraver handpiece works with all gravers, and pre-cut GRS gravers are ready to use without additional shaping.
