American Made Jewelers Workbench MO-60

A full size jewelers workbench gives filing, setting and assembly work a dedicated surface, with the catch tray, tool tray and drawers within reach of the seat. The MasterCraft MO-60 is manufactured in California, USA and built for professional use without sacrificing budget.

Construction is heavy duty wood composite: Baltic Birch, MDF (medium density fibreboard) and Beech. The bench top is 1" thick and made from a dense composite that outperforms plywood in both durability and weight retention. Unlike the pine or rubberwood construction found in imported benches, these American made materials resist shrinking in low humidity environments, which makes the MO-60 a long lasting investment for a studio or shop.

The working surface measures 37" wide by 18-1/2" deep and stands 36" high. The bench ships partially assembled in one UPS safe certified box at a shipping weight of 90 lbs. (41 kg), and the assembled bench weighs approximately 80 lbs. Final assembly is straightforward: bolt the legs onto the body, then connect the bottom support rail.

• The MO-60 is heavier than imported bench models because it uses heavier grade composite materials comparable to those used in kitchen cabinetry construction.
