14K Yellow Gold Round Click & Lock Jump Rings look just like traditional jump rings and can be soldered closed the same way. Priced comparably to jump rings you typically make or purchase, these rings are sold individually and offer a versatile solution for both solder and no-solder workflows.

What sets Click & Lock jump rings apart is their hidden locking mechanism, which allows you to securely close the ring without soldering. While not unbreakable, the closure is strong enough for most jewelry applications—and with practice, it becomes a fast, reliable part of your process.

How to Use

  1. Use two pairs of nylon jaw pliers—one for each end—to avoid marring the gold surface.
  2. Grip each end, separate them slightly, and twist to move the ends past one another.
  3. Align and press the ends back together—you'll hear a click when the ring is securely locked.

The ring can be reopened with effort, but the connection is effectively permanent for most jewelry uses. Prefer to solder? These rings solder closed just like regular jump rings.
