Arbe SFE-24 Benchtop Fume Extractor

A benchtop fume extractor pulls solder smoke and fine airborne particles away from the work before they reach your face. The Arbe SFE-24 Benchtop Fume Extractor is a compact, affordable personal fume extraction system designed to capture and eliminate harmful fumes and particles directly at the source. With a footprint of less than 8" × 8", it fits comfortably on any jeweler's workbench or soldering station. A variable-speed suction motor, high-efficiency three-stage filtration, and a flexible positioning hose make it a practical solution for jewelers and metalsmiths working with solder and other fume-generating processes.

The SFE-24 uses a three-part replaceable filter system combining a pre-filter, an activated carbon filter, and a HEPA-rated filter for 99.97% filtration efficiency down to 0.3 microns. The unit mounts on four hard rubber feet and exhausts through vents in the bottom. The on/off switch sits on the rear of the unit near the power plug. A front-mounted dial controls suction power, and an LED display reads 000–100, indicating the percentage of power delivered to the motor. The unit measures 3.5" H × 7-1/4" W × 7-1/4" D (88mm × 185mm × 185mm).

Notes

• 110V power only. This unit is not available in 220V and is not compatible with 220V electrical systems.
• For longest filter life, operate at the minimum suction level needed to draw fumes from the work area.
• Replace the filter pack every 3–12 months; high-production environments require more frequent changes.
