Description

ファセットカットされた石や一部のカボションを、すばやく効率的に、きれいでプロフェッショナルな覆輪留めに仕上げる必要があるジュエラーや金属加工職人にとって、覆輪ブロックは欠かせない工具です。このやや細身の長方形の覆輪ブロックは、特別に硬化処理を施した焼入れ鋼を使用してイタリアで製造されており、繰り返し使用しても耐久性と精度を保ちます。ブロックには標準の17°角度で加工された11個の穴があり、石をしっかりと石留めするのに適した、先細りの覆輪壁を形成できます。

穴のサイズは最小から最大まで段階的に大きくなっており、1つのブロックで幅広い作業範囲に対応できます：6mm × 2.5mm、7mm × 3.5mm、8mm × 4mm、9mm × 5mm、10mm × 5.75mm、11mm × 6.75mm、12mm × 7.5mm、13mm × 8.75mm、14mm × 10mm、15mm × 11.25mm、16mm × 12.5mm。適合するポンチがブロックに付属します。特注の形状やサイズにも対応可能です。
