OTEC SC5-K20 Wet Grinding Concentrated Solution

A wet grinding concentrate is what turns a disc finisher or tumbler into a fine cutting station, mixing with water to carry the cut and bring work out bright. The OTEC SC5-K20 is a super concentrated wet grinding solution designed for fine cutting and finishing of jewelry alloys. Each container holds 1.5 kilograms (3.3 lbs.) of concentrate, enough to make 8–12 gallons of ready-to-use working solution. Formulated for use with plastic pyramid or cone media, it delivers clean, bright, and corrosion-free results during mass finishing operations.

During the finishing process, this compound helps ensure work pieces emerge clean and polished while also acting as a foam buffer between sensitive work pieces and abrasive media, reducing the risk of impact damage.

Compatibility

Use the SC5-K20 concentrate with OTEC Eco Mini and Eco Maxi disc finishers, vibratory tumblers, rotary tumblers, and other mass finishing equipment. Mix at 3–5% concentration to water, or 4–6 oz. of concentrate per gallon of water.
