OTEC ウォールナットシェルメディア H1/100は、非鉄金属、ジュエリー合金、チタン、スチールで高光沢仕上げを実現するための乾式研磨メディアです。H1/100グレードは中粒度で、多段階仕上げ工程における乾式下研磨の最初のステップ用に設計されています。このメディアには研磨剤があらかじめ含浸されているため、3～4サイクル目までは追加のペーストは必要ありません。

  • OTEC乾式ディスクフィニッシャーで複数個を処理する場合は、部品同士の接触を最小限に抑え、へこみや傷を防ぐため、ドラッグまたは治具アタッチメントを使用して部品を吊り下げてください。
  • 3～4回使用後、OTEC P6研磨ペーストコンパウンドでメディアを補充してください。
  • 鋳造および加工されたジュエリーパーツに適しており、リング、ペンダント、金具、小型部品などに使用できます。
  • OTEC以外の乾式研磨装置で使用する場合、サイクル時間は異なることがあります。
