作業台で線材のトリミングや湯道の切断を、対象物のすぐ近くで行うためのフルフラッシュサイドカッターです。Keiba Power Max フルフラッシュサイドカッターは、プロの宝石職人や金属加工職人向けに用意された、最も強力で信頼性の高いフラッシュカッターの一つです。一日中湯道を切断するような、反復的で高負荷な切断作業に対応できるよう設計されています。サイズが大きいため、小型のフラッシュカッターなら届く狭い場所には必ずしも届きませんが、それを補って余りある優れた強度と信頼性を備えています。

Power Maxの設計には複合てこ構造が採用されており、切断力を増幅することで、難しい切断でも少ない手の力で行えます。刃部には高品質の高周波焼入れ鋼を使用し、精密で対象物に近いフラッシュカットを長期間実現します。人間工学に基づいた形状のハンドルが手の疲労を軽減し、長時間の切断作業中に反復運動過多損傷が発生するリスクを抑えます。全長は6-1/2インチで、日本で厳格な基準に従って製造されています。

Cuts steel wire like a charm.

I cut heavy steel wire with these about 16g. No problem at all. No marring. Clean efficient cut. Recommended by Tonya Davidson. So glad I got them!

A real workhorse - perfect for sprues and thicker gauge wire.

I highly recommend this. I purchased to cut sprues when casting and it works so well. I use it for cutting thick gauge wire too. I purchased this 12 years ago and still working perfectly.
