OTEC ウォルナットシェルメディア H1/400は、非鉄系ジュエリー金属、チタン、スチール合金に高光沢の鏡面仕上げを施すために設計された、細粒の乾式研磨メディアです。各バッチには研磨ペーストがあらかじめ含浸されているため、3～4サイクル目までは追加のコンパウンドが不要です。OTECの高速乾式ディスクフィニッシャーやその他の乾式研磨装置に対応しており、乾式研磨工程の第2段階または最終段階に適しています。

  • OTEC乾式ディスクフィニッシャーで複数の部品を仕上げる場合は、ドラッグまたは治具アタッチメントを使用して部品を吊り下げ、部品同士の接触を最小限に抑え、へこみや傷を防止してください。
  • 内蔵コンパウンドがなくなったら（通常は3～4サイクル後）、OTEC P6 Polishing Paste Compoundを補充してください。
