Smith MW411は、酸素/プロパン燃料混合でのプラチナ鋳造専用に設計された、一体型の単一炎埋め込み式ヘッドチューブおよびチップです。Smith Equipment WH100鋳造トーチハンドル（Otto Frei部品番号114.395）用に設計されており、単一の埋め込み式オリフィスが熱を効果的に集中させ、高温鋳造用途に対応します。

最大3 oz.のプラチナ鋳造に対応するMW411は、金や銀合金など、その他の貴金属の鋳造にも適しています。Smith Equipmentは、代替燃料の組み合わせとして酸素と天然ガスにも対応するとしていますが、十分な作動圧力を得るには天然ガス用圧力ブースターが必要です。天然ガスはプラチナの溶解には適していませんが、適切な圧力ブースターと組み合わせれば、金や銀合金の溶解に使用できます。
