3M PSAダイヤモンドクロスは、モース硬度7超の材料の加工専用に設計された、感圧接着剤付きの湿式・乾式研磨材です。直径5インチ、1200メッシュで、ミクロン単位に等級分けされたダイヤモンド粒子を、強靭な樹脂ボンドで耐久性の高いクロス基材に固定しています。その結果、硬質宝石、セラミック、超硬合金など、同様に硬い材料に対して安定した精密な仕上がりを実現する、高性能研磨材となっています。

感圧接着剤付きの裏面により、対応する定盤やバックプレートへ素早く確実に取り付けられ、作業工程を効率化し、セットアップ時間を短縮できます。用途や材料の要件に応じて、湿式または乾式で使用できます。
