3M PSAダイヤモンドクロスは、モース硬度7を超える材料の加工専用に設計された、感圧接着剤付きの湿式・乾式対応研磨ディスクです。ミクロン単位で等級分けされたダイヤモンド粒子を、強靭なレジンボンドで耐久性の高いクロス基材に固定しており、硬質宝石、セラミック、超硬合金などの類似材料に対して、安定した高性能な仕上がりを実現します。直径5インチ、220メッシュの粒度で、宝石加工、宝石切断、精密金属加工における中程度の切削および表面仕上げに適しています。

感圧接着剤付きの裏面により、対応するPSAプラテンへ素早く確実に取り付けられ、工程間のセットアップ時間を短縮できます。湿式・乾式対応の構造により、水やその他の冷却剤を使用してディスクの寿命を延ばし、表面仕上げの品質を向上させられます。
