Castaldo モールドロックフォーマーは、手作業で切削することなく、素早く便利にモールドロックを作成できる製品です。この打ち抜き加工された真ちゅう製コーンを未硬化のゴム型材に押し込むことで、正確な位置決め用ロックを形成し、ワックス注入中に加硫済みの型がずれたり位置がずれたりするのを防ぎます。これは、正確で安定した鋳造結果を得るための重要な工程です。
