Foredom LX 230V Flex Shaft with C.TXR-22CE Foot Control CE Plug and Handpiece Choice

This flex shaft kit combines a 230V Foredom M.LX-2 low-speed, high-torque motor with a Foredom 230V C.TXR-22CE electronic foot control and your choice of duplex spring handpiece, configured for controlled stone setting and precision bench work on 230V supplies. As you ease into the pedal, the handpiece comes up to speed smoothly, letting you feel each cut rather than fight it. The separate motor-and-handpiece layout keeps the working end light and maneuverable, while the foot-operated variable speed control keeps both hands free to manage tools and workpieces.

When using a duplex spring equipped handpiece you should always keep the RPM's low. High revs are the most common reason for duplex spring failure, right behind operating the duplex spring bent at more than 45 degrees. Since duplex springs have no warranty, even when brand new, we strongly recommend using the 5,000 RPM maximum speed Foredom LX with your duplex spring equipped handpiece. That's why this selection of handpieces are all duplex springs. Feel free to use any key tip type handpiece with your Foredom LX.

Power and Plug: European CE Plug Built In

This kit runs on 230V only. It ships with a continental European CE plug that fits European outlets directly, so no plug adapter is needed in Europe. Anywhere else, you will need an adapter matched to your own 230V outlet. Never plug this kit into a standard 110/120V outlet. The voltage is wrong for both the motor and the control.
