Foredom MALC15 Lighted Work Chamber

An enclosed work chamber keeps grinding, sanding, polishing and drilling debris inside a lit box instead of across the bench and in your face. The Foredom MALC15 Lighted Work Chamber is a professional-grade enclosed work station for jewelers, carvers and fabricators, giving strong protection from dust and debris while keeping small hand-held workpieces clearly visible.

The chamber sits on a tabletop, standing desk or workstation and connects to a separate air compressor and a separate dust collector. The compressed air nozzle powerfully directs dust and debris toward the rear of the unit, away from the operator, and a 2-1/2" diameter hose vacuum port on the rear accepts a dust collector or shop vac. Overall, the chamber measures 11-1/2" high × 11" wide × 10" deep and weighs 11 lbs, shipping at 14-1/4 lbs.

Adjustable polycarbonate shields add debris protection, and a 5" diameter 2-1/2X power magnifier with a 10X insert supports close-up work, flipping up and out of the way when not needed. Dual padded wrist rests keep long sessions comfortable. LED illumination runs on universal voltage for both 115V and 220V / 240V outlets, and the unit is supplied with a standard North American plug.

Compatibility
