Foredom M.LX Motor with C.TXR Plastic Foot Control 115V

The Foredom M.LX motor with C.TXR plastic foot control pairs a 1/10 HP permanent magnet, ball bearing motor with a variable speed foot control on 115V, the combination Foredom builds for the professional jewelry stone setter.

The LX Series motor is the direct successor to Foredom's no longer produced EE, R, and original L series units, all developed for professional stone setters who work at low speeds and need a motor that keeps its torque under load. With a maximum of 5,000 RPM and a permanent magnet design running on DC current, the M.LX holds steady power through the precise, controlled movements stone setting demands.

Important: LX series motors require speed controls with special electronics that convert AC current to DC current. LX and TX series controls use a shielded plug design unique to these motors. SR series controls are not compatible with LX series motors and cannot be modified for this use. The TXR, SXR, and EMX controls all carry the correct plug and electronics for LX and TX series motors.
