Ikohe Medium Magnetic Tumbler 150mm-110V or 220V

A magnetic tumbler brings up a bright, burnished finish on intricate work without removing metal, and this Ikohe machine does it in under 30 minutes. The 150mm (6") diameter bowl runs under digital control with forward and reverse rotation.

Capacity is approximately 30 ladies rings, and the machine moves up to 200 grams of stainless steel pins, which suits the small manufacturer or the larger repair shop. The magnetic pins reach recesses and intricate details that traditional finishing methods cannot, and they work-harden the surface by burnishing it with no metal loss. Magnetic tumblers perform exceptionally well on platinum, gold and silver. Note: while magnetic tumblers deliver a final finish on hard-to-reach areas, they function as a pre-polish on smooth, broad surfaces.
