Orion mPulse 30 Pulse Arc Welder with Upgraded Auto Darkening Lens

A pulse arc welder closes jump rings, builds chain and spot welds fixturing parts before soldering, right at the bench. The Orion mPulse 30 Pulse Arc Welder with Upgraded Auto Darkening Lens delivers professional-grade pulse arc welding in a compact, easy-to-use unit for jewelers and metalsmiths working in precious metals and stainless steel. The upgraded large auto darkening lens improves visibility and ease of use during welding.

Power settings run from 3 ws to 30 ws in 1 ws increments at one shot per second, giving you precise control over every weld. Spot size ranges from 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm depending on metal type. The mPulse uses an Argon gas shield to protect welds from atmospheric oxygen and prevent brittle results. The Argon connection is straightforward to set up: gas is dispensed automatically when the stylus is activated.

If you are a torch-only shop doing repairs, chain assembly, or work on tiny parts, you will encounter technical obstacles and time constraints that pulse arc welding can overcome.

The mPulse 30 runs on auto-detected dual voltage, 100V / 220V. An Argon gas tank and regulator must be purchased separately. Made in the USA.
