It carries a 75% width-to-height ratio, the normal oval profile and the industry-standard proportion for drawing oval wire and rod. Thirty-one precisely stepped holes graduate from 9mm × 6.75mm down to 6mm × 4.5mm, so each pass through the draw bench takes a smooth, even reduction.
