AGILO DIACORE Diamond Sintered Disc 0.3mm x 19mm Fine Grit on 3/32" Shanks

Cut and shape hard metals and stones, and sharpen carbide tooling with a disc that keeps cutting long after coated alternatives are spent. AGILO DIACORE diamond sintered discs are compressed diamond material throughout, not diamond-coated or diamond-plated, so they maintain their cutting capacity far longer, continually exposing fresh diamond abrasive as the disc wears. This fine grit disc measures 0.3mm thick by 19mm in diameter and is sold individually, pre-mounted on a 3/32" shank for immediate use.

These discs cut both soft and hard stones, including Topaz, Amazonite, Quartz, Tourmaline, and Agate. In addition to lapidary work, the fine grit formulation makes them suitable for sharpening and smoothing carbide tools.

• When cutting stones, use water on both the stone and the disc to reduce heat and prevent damage.
• Use a diamond dressing stone to keep sintered discs clean and maintain optimal cutting performance.
• Recommended operating speed is 5,000–10,000 RPM.
