Dumont Pattern No. 1 Tweezers are Swiss made precision instruments designed for general use, assembly and inspection work. Tapered shanks with beveled edges and sharp, plain-finished points deliver the controlled handling demanded by professional jewelers, watchmakers and metalsmiths. Overall length is 120mm (4-3/4") with tips measuring 0.15mm wide by 0.20mm thick.

They are available in two quality grades, High Precision (HP) and Electronic Quality (EQ), and across multiple metal alloys, so a pattern can be matched precisely to the demands of your work environment.

The High Precision (HP) grade features extensive hand finishing and represents Dumont's finest quality. These are the tweezers relied upon by the world's most exacting watchmakers. The Electronic Quality (EQ) grade offers less hand finishing than HP and is engineered for assembly work, making it an excellent choice for dependable everyday use.

• Carbon steel tweezers (157.200) are magnetic and susceptible to rust. Store with a light coating of oil or under a lightly oiled protective cloth.
• Dumostar alloy (157.203) is Dumont's top-of-the-line material, combining high hardness with magnetic resistance and corrosion and acid resistance.
• HP grade tweezers feature more extensive hand finishing than EQ grade.
