Description

Durston 2119 フェザーズデザイン鋼製パターンプレートで、複雑な羽根模様を金属板材に直接転写できます。圧延ローラーまたは油圧プレスでの使用向けに設計されており、このパターンプレートは厚さ3mm (1/8")の焼入れ鋼を機械加工して作られています。幅63mm、長さ150mm (2.48" x 5.90")のサイズで、ジュエラーや金属加工職人が均一で再現性の高いテクスチャーを施すための十分な作業面を確保します。

金、銀、銅、真鍮などの非鉄金属に対応し、16ゲージから26ゲージまでの板材を加工できます。パターンプレートと金属板材を重ね、圧延ローラーに通すか、油圧プレスにセットするだけで、羽根のデザインをくっきりと鮮明にエンボス加工できます。
