Durston 1037 Molly C165 Rolling Mill With 50-1 Reduction Gear

A combination rolling mill rolls flat sheet and square wire on one set of rolls at the forming bench. The Durston Molly C165 pairs that capability with the brand's patent pending 50:1 reduction gearbox, which makes the handwheel exceptionally light to turn and gives a wider rolling area than the Olivia model. It suits studios that want effortless operation and generous flat rolling capacity.

A front-mounted turning wheel works comfortably standing or sitting, induction hardened rolls hold up through repeated passes, and a highly calibrated adjustment wheel returns precise, repeatable gap settings. The rolls measure 165 mm wide by 60 mm in diameter, with a 110 mm flat rolling area and 11 square wire grooves, all carried in a solid single cast body built for rigidity and stability.

Compatibility

The Molly C165 has a larger footprint than the Olivia and does not fit the Durston Rolling Mill Stand.

Notes

At 165 lb (75 kg) and 20-3/4" long by 8-3/4" wide by 21-1/4" high (530 x 220 x 540 mm), the mill needs a bench that can carry both the weight and the working footprint.
