EarthCoat ElectroKing Electrocleaning Concentrate Powder is a versatile soak cleaner and electrocleaner formulated for jewelry and industrial substrates. Mix the powder concentrate with water and clean by simple immersion or by electrocleaning with a rectifier. Effective on common shop soils and compatible with a wide range of metals used in jewelry fabrication and plating lines.

Basic Setup
- Heat water to approximately 140 °F (60 °C), then add the measured ElectroKing powder and stir until fully dissolved.
- For electrocleaning, connect the workpiece negative (–) and the stainless steel anode positive (+); clean for 15–60 seconds at 2–6 volts.
- For soak cleaning without a rectifier, immerse parts for 1–5 minutes at 140 °F (60 °C).
- Rinse thoroughly after cleaning before proceeding to activation or plating.
Notes
- Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves, safety goggles, and a protective apron.
- Do not add powder to water heated above 140 °F (60 °C).
- Avoid prolonged skin contact.
- Do not mix with Activator-T below 100 °F (32 °C).
