Description

Wizard Wax（現在はFerris® File-A-Wax® Orangeと呼ばれています）は、最新のミリングマシン専用に設計された、プロ仕様のカービング・ミリング用ワックスです。CNCおよびデスクトップミリング装置の高いスピンドル回転数に耐えられるよう配合されており、優れた表面仕上げを実現し、微細なディテールを非常に安定して保持します。50mm × 50mmの正方形スライスを4種類の厚さで用意しており、各パックは一般的な使用量と材料在庫の要件に合わせた構成になっています。

Ferrisのグリーンカービングワックスより硬く、それでいてはるかに脆くないため、破損や欠けのリスクを抑えながら最も細かなディテールまでミリングできます。ロストワックス鋳造の脱蝋焼成工程に完全対応しているため、量産鋳造のワークフローにも同様に適しています。従来のワックスカービングを行う場合も、手工具やヤスリで同等の性能を発揮します。
