A flex shaft is the bench workhorse for cutting, drilling, grinding, deburring and polishing, and the torque it holds at low speed is what separates a controlled cut from a chattering one. The Foredom K.TX300 Flex Shaft Kit is a complete high torque system built around the 1/3 HP M.TX motor, the variable C.TXR foot control, the H.30 chuck style handpiece and the AK11 accessory kit. The Series TX delivers torque from startup through 15,000 rpm.

Compatibility
The TX flex shaft fits all standard Foredom handpieces, so the H.30 supplied here can be swapped for a hammer, chisel or duplex spring handpiece as the work changes. The M.TX and M.TXH motors run on 115V and are not made in a 220V / 240V version.
Notes
- Always run the motor through a speed control: do not plug the M.TX motor directly into a wall outlet.
- Keep the flexible shaft lightly lubricated and routed in easy curves for the longest service life.
