Fretz AP-12 Cast Iron Annealing Pan 12 Inch

A cast iron annealing pan gives you a stable, heat-tolerant surface for annealing and soldering at the bench. The Fretz AP-12 Cast Iron Annealing Pan is a heavy-duty 12 inch workhorse built from first-quality cast iron, delivering a significantly sturdier platform than lighter annealing pans and eliminating the wobble and instability that can compromise precision work.

Heavy-duty bearings support the pan's added weight while allowing smooth, controlled rotation when repositioning your work. The result is deliberate, stable movement exactly when you need it.

Fill the pan with bulk pumice or black soldering grain to complete your annealing station. The 12 inch pan holds up to 2 lbs of pumice when filled to the rim. Fretz has also designed this pan to double as a soldering station: cast-in slots across the top rim hold a standard 12" × 12" white soldering board snugly in place, expanding its versatility at the bench.
