Fretz Set 103は、平らなカフブレスレットやバングル、凹型および凸型のカフブレスレットやバングルを製作するための、包括的なブレスレット成形セットです。M-100シリーズのマッシュルームステークと、リーチを延長したH-1L Long Holderを中心に構成されており、ハンマーで叩いて成形する間、作業物を作業台の表面から離して保てます。これは、従来のH-1 Holderにはない実用的な利点です。H-1Lは、T-101 Holderほどのリーチは必要ないものの、より広いクリアランスを求めるジュエラーに最適です。

凹型ステーク（M-104～M-107、M-122、M-123）は、丸い板材、チューブ、平らな板材を沈め、直径2インチ以上の凹型に成形するのに適しています。凸型ステーク（M-111～M-114）は、縁を圧縮して凸型を成形したり、円筒を立ち上げたりするために設計されており、さまざまな形状のドーミングにも同様に役立ちます。M-117およびM-118 Flat Cuff Stakesは、丸い平らなブレスレットの成形とテクスチャリングに使用でき、ハンマーで叩く際に作業物を傾けて回転させれば、凹型の円筒形状を作ることもできます。

A considered purchase, but I'm not looking back.

This was a greatly considered purchase and a fair chunk of my tool budget for making one type of item (bangles), so I was petty nervous when ordering it. I've had this set for a week, tried every stake and made 23 bangles in total. If you watch the Bill Fretz DVD's first you can get a good idea of how it all works. I love the way that all of the stakes are pretty much interchangeable giving a very large range of possibilities (even if some are mistakes as I forgot which stake I was using the day before). I did find that they can bind in the holder a little, but a slight smear of oil first does the trick. I'm just really hoping I sell enough bangles soon to be able to justify the expense and afford to add to the collection and possibilities. All in all, a nicely put together selection that works well.
