Glardon-Vallorbe LF1001-M Ceramic Fiber Files Square 1mm x 1mm x 100mm

A ceramic fiber file finishes and polishes in places a steel file cannot reach, and this one is a square stick you can work by hand or break down into a small custom tool. The Glardon-Vallorbe LF1001-M measures 1mm x 1mm x 100mm in a square profile with all four faces cut, and comes in 10 grits from 220 (XXCoarse) to 3000 (XXXFine), so you can move from aggressive material removal to ultra-refined surface polishing.

Use the stick full length by hand, or break it to size to create small custom tools. The ceramic fiber material can also be shaped using diamond dressing stones or wheels to a fine point, which suits these files to narrow recesses, undercuts, and tight design details.

Notes

• Grit grades run from 220 (XXCoarse) to 3000 (XXXFine); the higher the number, the finer the finish.
• Both the 1000 and 1200 grits are graded Fine.
