Vul-Crylic wax files shape the inside of wax ring models and work plastics and similar materials at the bench, with an aggressive yet controlled cut that makes quick work of carving tasks that would slow down a standard file.

The Glardon-Vallorbe LP1540, known in the jewelry industry as a wax file, is Swiss Made to exacting production standards, combining machine cutting with hand craftsmanship for accuracy, cutting performance, and longevity. It is constructed from the finest heat-tempered chrome alloy steel, offers the balance, feel, and action demanded by professional jewelers, metalsmiths, and craftspeople, and is supplied as a tang only, with no handle. Two lengths are offered: 6 inch (150 mm) and 8 inch (200 mm). These files were formerly distributed by Grobet USA under the Grobet Swiss name.
