Ikohe Vacuum Station with Protective Shield

A bench-top vacuum station keeps grinding, sanding, and finishing debris out of your breathing zone and off the benchtop while you work. The Ikohe Vacuum Station slides onto a GRS-style mounting plate for a secure, bench-level setup and connects to dust collection through a 3 in (76 mm) inlet. An adjustable clear polycarbonate shield and two padded armrests support long work sessions, and a removable slotted metal top opens the catch space underneath.

Notes

• Place a filter pad inside the removable slotted top to catch larger items such as small stones before they reach the collector. The Quatro F069-220 SolderPure filter pad can be cut to fit.
• Adjust shield height and angle to leave adequate hand clearance while maintaining capture efficiency.
• Periodically remove the slotted top to clear the catch space and replace any filter material used.
