作業台での糸鋸による穴あけや切断に適した、5インチのヘビーデューティー糸鋸フレームです。カムレバーで張力を調整し、スイベル式ブレードクランプを備えています。Knew Concepts Mk.IV 5インチ ヘビーデューティー ジュエラーズソーフレームは、カムレバーによる張力調整と360度回転するスイベル式ブレードクランプを組み合わせ、 demandingな作業台での作業に対応する精密切断工具です。このフレームは最大60ポンドのブレード張力を発生させ、他のKnew Concepts 5インチフレームの2～3倍に相当します。これによりたわみをほぼなくし、切断精度を大幅に向上させます。

HDフレームの構造強度が高められているため、使用できる張力調整方式はカムレバーのみです。従来のねじ式張力調整は、より頑丈なこのフレームには対応していません。レバーシステムにより、素早く安定した張力調整ができるため、調整に費やす時間を減らし、切断作業により多くの時間を使えます。

360度回転するスイベル式ブレードクランプにより、フレームに対するブレードの位置を一周分変更でき、45度ごとに確実なクリックストップがあります。これにより、ジュエラーや金属加工職人は、ワークを置き直すことなく、あらゆる方向に切断できます。
