Large Ondulator Corrugating Rolling Mill With 4 Sizes

A corrugating rolling mill presses a repeating ripple into thin sheet at the bench, turning plain stock into textured strip for bezels and decorative work. The Large Ondulator Corrugating Rolling Mill from OMO, made in Italy, is a direct-drive mill for adding precise corrugated texture to thin gauges of soft metal sheet, producing clean, consistent corrugation across material up to 34mm wide. It must be mounted in a vise or attached to a workbench before use.

The mill includes four different pairs of corrugating rolls, ranging from very fine to coarse tooth spacing, which gives you control over the corrugation pattern. Tensioning is adjusted with the large knob on top, and the mill can be disassembled if the rolls become stuck during use.

Best results are achieved with 30 gauge (0.25mm / 0.010") soft precious metal sheet. Thicker material such as 26 gauge (0.40mm / 0.016") copper can be run through the mill, but it produces more of a surface marking effect than true corrugation. This is a simple direct-drive mill without the leverage required for hard or thick metals, and running such material risks damage to the rolls or frame.
