The Lindstrom 8152 Medium Ultra Flush Cut Oval Head Side Cutters deliver a true flat surface on one side of the wire being cut, making them the precision choice for detail work where a clean, near-flat cut is required. Part of the renowned Lindstrom 80-Series, these cutters combine forged high-grade steel construction with precision induction hardening for exceptional performance at the bench.

The Ultra Flush cutting edge leaves a flat surface on one end of the wire. Because of this, Ultra Flush cutters have a more limited cutting range than Micro-Bevel or Flush cutters and carry a greater possibility of edge damage if misused. These are the most delicate of all side cutter edge types and should be used with care.

Important: Lindstrom cutters are not guaranteed. Cutting capacity ratings printed on the handles apply to soft copper wire only. Metal alloys commonly used in jewelry are significantly harder. All Flush and Ultra Flush cutters are very delicate.

If tip damage occurs, it is recommended to grind the undamaged side down to match the damaged side and continue use. Dents in the cutting surface indicate the metal being cut exceeds the cutter's hardness limits. Lindstrom cutters, as commonly used in the jewelry industry, should be considered consumable labor-saving devices.
