Ear Piercing Studs Stainless Steel Traditional Round

MediStuds® by MediSystem® are sterile, disposable ear piercing studs engineered specifically for professional ear piercing procedures. Unlike standard jewelry, each MediStud® is purpose-built to pierce safely and cleanly, with materials and dimensions selected to support proper healing and long-term results.

The posts and clasps are manufactured from the highest grade surgical stainless steel and plated with pure 24K gold — a finish recommended for its exceptional purity and biocompatibility during the initial healing period. The 16-gauge post diameter is twice that of standard permanent earrings, intentionally creating a larger channel in the earlobe. This allows easy insertion of permanent earrings after the 6-week healing period, with the hole naturally closing down to fit standard earring posts within approximately four weeks.

Each pair of MediStuds® is individually blister packed, sterilized, and imprinted with its own lot sterilization number — providing a clear chain of accountability for professional piercing environments. MediStuds® are a single-use, sterile product and are not intended for reuse.
