Description

時計師用バイスは、小さなムーブメント、ケース、部品をしっかり固定し、両手を作業に使えるようにします。このバイスは、作業内容が変わったときに作業台から真上に取り外せます。ポータブル時計師用バイスは、時計師や彫金師の作業台での精密作業向けに作られた、高品質な定番時計師用バイスです。

作業台に固定するのは取り付けベースだけで、4つのネジ穴を使って取り付けます。レバーを後ろにスライドさせればバイス本体をすぐに取り外せます。レバーを前にスライドさせると、再び取り付けられ、しっかりとロックされます。このクイックリリース機構により、追加の取り付けベースを別途購入すれば、複数の作業台の位置に簡単に移動できます。

滑らかな口金の幅は2" (50 mm)、最大開口幅は1-1/2" (38 mm)です。完全に閉じた状態でのバイスの寸法は4-1/2" x 3" x 1-1/2"です。取り付けネジは付属していません。

This vise appears to be well made

This vise appears to be well made. It's certainly not Bergeon quality, but it's also not Bergeon priced. It was covered it quite a bit of thick grease, almost like paraffin. IPA had no effect on it, and I had to use denatured alcohol to remove it, which took a bit of the paint as well. Like the other review the latching lever popped right off during the first use. However, you can put in in a lathe and turn down the tip a bit, and glue or solder it back into the socket easy enough. For the price, even with the minor issues, it's still a good deal in my opinion.

Sorry to say not good

Sorry to say. Not good. The vise arrived with the small leaver on the side broken off. Upon close inspection the little leaver was simply press fit into its housing. This is simply poor manufacturing principles. Not to mention poor quality control.

Sorry that you recieved a broken vise. Customer service will reach out to you to offer a complete refund on your purchase. We have sold hundreeds of these watchmakers vises with only a 2% return rate. They are servicable copies of the genuine Bergeon 2021 watchmaker vises which are currently selling for over $500.00.
