Round Spring Steel Wire 36" Coils-15 Gauge to 31 Gauge

Form springs, clicks, detents and other small mechanism parts at the bench from round spring steel wire supplied in a 36 in (914 mm) coil. The wire arrives tempered, so it holds its shape and its spring action straight from the coil with no additional heat treatment, and the round profile bends and forms evenly in every direction.

Fifteen B&S gauge sizes are offered, from 15 gauge at 0.0571 in (1.450 mm) down to 31 gauge at 0.0089 in (0.227 mm), sold by the coil. The range suits watchmakers, jewelers and metalsmiths building or repairing small mechanical components.
