These 80 durometer urethane pads are specially formulated for hydraulic die forming, offering exceptional cut-resistance and memory retention. Measuring 6 x 6 inches, each pad functions as the matching half to the form you create — pushing metal into every crevice and causing it to conform precisely to the die. Available in three thicknesses, the choice of pad depends on how deep you intend to push the form. For maximum service life, compression should never exceed two-thirds of the pad's thickness.
